• Minimum age: 5 years. Children from 5 to 11 years old will be accompanied by a guide.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
• The driver must carry (without exception) his valid driver's license to be able to take the tour.
• Activity is restricted to people with severe heart conditions, recent operations (less than 6 months), whose weight is greater than 140 kg, and/or pregnant women.
• The activity is prohibited to people who are under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic.
•  Due to the nature of the activity and for the safety of our clients, it is required to follow the instructions of the guide in charge. Failure to comply with the instructions will result in the cancellation of the participant without the possibility of a refund.
• In case of adverse weather conditions (heavy rains, lightning, amber/red weather alerts) the activity is canceled. In the event that the activity has taken a journey of more than 1 hour, a 50% refund will be made. If the activity has not taken place, the activity is rescheduled or a full refund is made.
